There are hundreds of smoothie recipes out there. I know I’ ve tried at least… 5 of them. 😉
I’m a sucker for a good smoothie and often times I tend to just repeat the same old recipe over and over and over again. I may even try something new once and a while, but my good old faithful always comes back.
I used to drink this smoothie on a constant basis about 4 years ago when I was in a very stressed out state. Little did I know that this smoothie had become in a way a life line for me and was filling my body with the nutrients that my stressed out Adrenal Glans was currently sucking me dry of.
So I’m going to get straight to the point, because I HATE those recipes where you have scroooollllll to get to it. Hope you enjoy!
